Milestone 4
After 1.0- WhatsApp — same coach, same conversation style, with your whole training history carried over
Milestone 3
Version 1.0- Program templates — full body, upper/lower and a push/pull/legs split, each with its own progression
- Warm-up sets and an effort scale, so the coach knows the difference between a comfortable set and a grinder
- Ask your history anything: what you benched in March, your best set on an exercise, how a lift moved over the last eight weeks
- Plate math — what to load on the bar in front of you, not just the target weight
Milestone 2
Staying with it- Personal records called out the moment you hit them, so progress shows up without you going looking for it
- Weekly recap in Telegram — what you trained, what went up, what stalled
- Niggle mode: say your shoulder is off and the coach trains around it until you say it is fine again
- A nudge when you have been quiet for longer than your own usual rhythm — off by default, on if you want it
Milestone 1
Next- Say what you have got — forty minutes, legs still sore from Saturday — and the session is built around it
- Swap an exercise on the spot when the rack is taken or this gym does not have the kit, without losing the progression
- Coming back after a break: the coach eases the load back in from your real numbers instead of picking up where you stopped
- Report a session hours later, or half of it, or with sets skipped — it still lands in the log the way you meant it
0.1.0
Early access- Report a set by voice or text and it is logged for you — including self-corrections like "four reps, no, five"
- The next session is calculated from the weights you actually moved, by progressive overload
- No history yet? Ask for a starter workout and train the same day
- Barbell and dumbbell strength training, one job done properly — no running, no mobility
- Voice notes are transcribed into exercises, sets, reps and weights. The audio itself is not kept
